Hey Jinae
Creator Things Mentorship

You didn't stop creating.
You stopped trusting yourself with it.

Somewhere between the idea and the post, something got lost. Not your talent. Your nerve.

8 private sessions, one-on-one with me. No fluff, no jargon, no pretending the digital landscape isn't a lot - because it is.

Okay, so Shower Thoughts

You had the idea in the shower. You had it again on the train. You've had it for three weeks now, actually, and the plan is still

"I'll start tomorrow."
"I'll post when it's ready."
"Once I figure out my niche."
"Once I feel less weird on camera."

Same 2 Same Bro.

Every one of those sentences is doing the same job: keeping you exactly where you already are. That's not laziness. That's not a discipline problem. That's analysis paralysis, dressed up as preparation. And maybe some ADHD (too many tabs open at all times is my core personality now).

In a time where there's a number attached to our every action online, that pressure alone stops us from hitting post.

And that really, really sucks. I get it.

So pause & shift

A teacher of mine once told me that in order to deal with your nerves, you gotta focus not on the performance but on the work of creating. It's all in the making. This isn't about chasing numbers. It's about creation belonging to you first, not functioning as a test of your engagement rate. Somewhere along the way, creating stopped feeling like expression and started feeling like a test - of growth, of engagement, of whether it's even worth it to begin.

I'll be real with you

Look, I'm not saying the numbers and engagement don't matter, and I truly believe you, your story, and your creativity deserve to be seen and experienced. But what I want for you is to find a way to get past the fear of putting yourself out there while also learning the very real skills it takes to be a creator in the digital landscape. Together, we build a personal brand rooted in what's actually true for you, make content from a place of freedom instead of fear, and learn to navigate the digital space without handing it your peace of mind.

And here's what you'll start seeing

Once you actually start creating from a place of truth and have a workflow that supports your creativity, the right people will come. Community over numbers, any day. Always.

You already know something's missing.
The thing you keep waiting to start?
Someone else is starting it today.

Shahana Khan Khalil

Hi, my name is Shahana and I might not know much but this, I know.

I'm a Pakistani American multi-hyphenate creative who's worked on both sides of the camera for over a decade - theater, film, TV, radio, you name it. I trained in Acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York, studied Film & TV Production in Cape Town, and have production credits on Coke Studio, the New York Emmy-nominated Live From The Artists Den (John Legend, OneRepublic, The Lumineers), and Walk The Moon's "We Are the Kids" music video, which I directed.

I'm also a hands-on Creator myself - my own content has racked up millions of views, turned into brand partnerships, and led to actual sale conversions, not just a nice-looking feed. I currently serve as Program Director at Big Picture Alliance, an Emmy-winning digital media and filmmaking nonprofit in Philadelphia, teaching the next generation of storytellers.

I'm a creative kid who knows a little bit of a lot, has one eye on the elephant in the room, and laughs at her own jokes.

I'm not here to hand you a script. I'm here to sit across from you, session after session, and help you build the thing only you could've built, and, eventually, believe it's good enough to post without a paragraph of caveats in the caption.

What to expect

  • A mindset shift. We deal with the fear and the spiral first, so you can actually reclaim the spark instead of white-knuckling through content anxiety.
  • A clear framework. Planning and creating content with intention, not stress and not guesswork.
  • Practical filming and editing skills. Real technique, not just theory, so your vision actually makes it to the screen.
  • A sustainable routine. Something that supports your growth and your peace of mind, not just your output.

This is for you if

  • You've got something to say and you keep talking yourself out of saying it.
  • You've built an audience, a body of work, or a following that looks good on paper - and somehow it still doesn't feel like yours.
  • You're tired of content advice that talks to you like a content farm instead of a person.

This is not for you if

  • You want a growth hack with no interest in the "why" underneath it.
  • You're hoping someone hands you a content calendar and disappears.
  • You're not ready to actually look at the thing that's been keeping you stuck - because we will look at it, together, and there's no skipping that part.

Wait, so another content coaching gig?

NOPE.

Most content coaching hands you a framework, wishes you luck, and checks back in a few weeks to see how the homework went. This isn't that. This is a place to actually get your creative confidence back, and then use it, together, while I'm still in the room.

  • It's recovery first. The fear of being seen. The fear of filming yourself. Not knowing how to edit, or where to even start. We name that stuff before we touch a single tactic.
  • We build the thing together. Piece by piece, in session, with an actual working creator across from you, not a template you fill in alone afterward.
  • It's tailored to what you actually need. I'm sharing everything I know, but if editing's your block, we go deep on editing. If presenting your authentic self on camera is the block, we work through that. If scripting for digital is the block, we go hard on scripting. Whatever it is, that's where the time goes.
  • You leave with published work, not just a plan. Up to 3 pieces of content made and put out into the world, not just outlined for later.
  • You get someone who's made things for over a decade, not someone repeating advice they read somewhere.

That's the difference. Not another coach with a content calendar. A creator, in it with you, until the thing you make actually feels like yours again.

What 8 sessions with me actually looks like

We don't start with tactics, because tactics are what you Google at midnight when you're avoiding the actual work. We start with you.

  • Your brand - not a logo, a point of view. What you stand for when no one's grading you for it.
  • Your story - the real one, not the highlight-reel version you've been performing instead of telling.
  • Your content - finding the version of "showing up" that doesn't cost you your nervous system.
  • Your strategy - a system, not a scramble. Something that still works on the weeks you don't feel like performing.
  • The stuff that's been keeping you stuck - because usually it's not a tactics problem. It's a trust problem. (See above, re: midnight Googling.)

Your creativity never died. It just got told there's only one way to perform it - and that was always a lie.

Here's the actual structure, no vague promises

  • 8 one-on-one sessions with me - this is where the real work happens: brand, content, strategy, and the mental blocks underneath all of it
  • Up to 4 check-ins in the month after - so once the 8 sessions wrap, you've still got a month of me checking in on how it's actually going, not just a plan you're left to test alone
  • Up to 3 pieces of content, built together - not homework you do alone and hope is right. We make it, together, so you leave with actual proof this works, not just a nice PDF

By the end, you'll have a system, real content with your name on it, and - the harder part - enough trust in yourself to keep going without me in the room.

The investment

Private, 1:1 mentorship. Just us. No cohort, no group calls. Pick whichever pace works for your budget.

$500

Every month for 3 months

$250

Every month for 6 months

All three options are on the same checkout page - pick the one that fits when you get there.

Ready? Book your spot below. Still deciding? Grab 30 minutes with me first - no pressure, just a real conversation about whether this is the right fit.

Before you go - the questions you're probably still asking

"Is this therapy or is this a business strategy session?"

I'm not a therapist, so I can't help you there. But I am a trauma-informed teaching artist, and I've done a lot of work in nonprofit art and media spaces. I know how to navigate the very real vulnerability that comes up with creating, especially for desi women. I help you work through the mental blocks that keep you from posting and the stuff that's keeping your strategy vague.

"Do I learn technical skills in this mentorship?"

Yes. Filming, editing, scripting, engagement, the algorithm - whatever's actually in your way, that's where we spend the time.

"What if I don't know what I want to create yet?"

Good. Genuinely - that's exactly the right place to start. If you already knew, you wouldn't need me, you'd just need a ring light.

"How is this different from a course?"

A course teaches everyone the same thing at the same time and hopes it fits. This is 8 sessions built entirely around your brand, your audience, your particular flavor of stuck.

"What happens after the 8 sessions?"

Up to 4 check-ins over the month after, so you're not just handed a plan and left to test it alone.

"What if I'm not sure this is right for me yet?"

Book the 30-minute call. No pitch, no slideshow, no countdown timer - just a real conversation about where you're at and whether this is the right next step.

Do you feel what I'm feeling? Yeah, me too.
Do the thing.
